Jamie Leasch, 26, of West Burlington, died at 9:28 PM Monday, August 10, 2009, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

Born June 6, 1983, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Roy W. and Janice A. Barngrover Leasch.
|
Jamie was a homemaker, raising her three children.
She was a member of First United Church of Christ. She was a loving mother, friend, sister, and daughter.
|
Survivors include father, Roy Leasch of West Burlington; mother and stepfather, Janice and Dale Berrong of Fort Madison; daughter, Makayla Leasch, son, Nathan Leasch, and daughter, Alexis Leasch all at home; one sister, Shannon (Jeremiah) Bielser of Gladstone, IL; one half-brother, Jay Leasch of Burlington; one stepsister, Gina Berrong of Norwalk, CT; one niece, Emma Stevens and one nephew, Hunter Bielser; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Visitation will be from noon until 7:00 PM Thursday, August 13, 2009 at the Hass-Thielen Funeral Home. There will be no family visitation.
The Funeral Service for Jamie Leasch will be 10:30 AM Friday, August 14, 2009, at the First United Church of Christ with Pastor JudyAnn Morse officiating. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for her children.
